Communication and Negotiation Skills
for Managers and Supervisors

We communicate every day on multiple levels.

All of us can benefit from effective communication and negotiation skills, whether it be to achieve genuine agreements with others for mutual benefit, maximise outcomes or just maintain healthy relationships.

The Communication and Negotiation Skills course is designed to provide Managers and Supervisors with skills to get the best from their team, leading towards the successful completion of work projects.

It is not often that we get the chance to look at ‘how’ we manage our staff and communicate with colleagues and clients. This course does just that in a non-threatening environment with lots of time to practise different techniques for different situations.

Communication and Negotiation Skills breaks down the workplace situations and then rebuilds them with the added input of participants’ relationships with their staff and their clients. As well as analysing their communication strategies with higher, parallel and lower levels of their workplace, participants will look outside to their clients and understand themselves and plan strategies for their own self development.

Any person who is in a management or supervisory work situation will benefit from participating this course.

What can you expect?

By the end of this course you will:

  • understand the communication process
